Selling Branch ManagerRandstad is currently seeking a Branch Manager for it's Bethesda Maryland office. This is primarily an outside sales position with additional management responsibilities. This is a role that requires considerable experience in building a branch including all aspects of development including but not limited to; business development at the rate of one new account per week, hiring, training, coaching and developing staff, creating and implementing a sourcing plan that is effective in covering all orders and all operational aspects of branch success.
