Office Assistant With Quickbooks Experience

Contract Management company looking for an Office Assistant to assist the Office Manager in general administrative duties. This person will need to be proficient in Quickbooks, word, and excel on and intermediate to advanced level. Hr background would also be helpful as there is payroll hour entry involved in the position. 1-3 years of HR experience is a plus. Candidate to assist in database cleanup...will train on the specific database. Working on Tuesdays is a must! Other two days are a bit flexible. Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated. This position is temporary
